Terms of Service

1. General

This website is operated by Harmony Beauty, a beauty salon located at Str. Avram Iancu 32, Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. By using harmonybeauty.md and its online booking service you accept these terms.

2. Online bookings

Appointments are made through the form on the booking page, processed via the Altegio platform. A booking is considered confirmed once the confirmation message is shown.

Please provide accurate contact details — we use them to confirm or, if needed, reschedule your visit.

3. Cancellation policy

You may cancel or reschedule any appointment free of charge at least 24 hours before the scheduled time — by phone at +373 (78) 133 833 or by replying to the confirmation message.

Repeated cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, may lead to additional confirmation being required for future bookings.

4. Prices and payment

Service prices are listed in Moldovan lei (MDL) on the services page and may be updated from time to time. The applicable price is the one communicated at the time of booking.

Payment is made at the salon after the service is provided. Online booking requires no advance payment.

5. Site content

The content of this site (texts, photos, videos, logo) belongs to Harmony Beauty and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without written consent.

6. Limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this site (hours, prices, availability) up to date, but it may change. For matters concerning your health (allergies, sensitivities, nail or skin conditions), please inform us before the procedure.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, together with its last-updated date, is always published on this page.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any disputes are resolved amicably or, failing agreement, by the competent courts of Chișinău.
